Please read this Refund, Return/Replacement, and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase from Knitora.com. By purchasing from our Site, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
Return and Refund/Replacement Policy
We only accept returns and provide refunds or replacements if the wrong product has been delivered. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, size, or color preference.
If you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the item. Please include the following details in your email:
Order number
Name of the item received
Description of the incorrect item
Clear photographs of the incorrect item (if possible)
Additionally, you must provide an authenticated unboxing video to support your claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process. If your request is approved:
We will provide a return shipping label.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will either:
Ship a replacement item if available in stock (replacement delivery time: approximately 7â9 working days), or
Process a refund to your original payment method if the item is unavailable.
Refunds will be processed within 4â5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
Please note: Sundays and local holidays (for us and our courier partners) may affect delivery and processing times.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Offer Refunds for the Following Reasons:
Change of mind, color, size, or personal preferences.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags and packaging.
Items that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but:
Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
